Burn Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday – Saturday. Leaf and yard trimming hours are 7:00 am to 7:00 p.m. only on Saturdays the months of April, May, Sept, Oct, Nov.
* All Fires must be in a burn barrel or container
Curfew for minors: Ordinance#180
It shall be unlawful for any child under the age of 16 years old to be or remian in a or upon any public highway, park, playground, street, sidewalk or any other public place or in an vehicle that is in or upon any of the aforesaid public places between the hours of 10:00pm and 5:00am Sunday night through Thursday night and 11:00 pm and 5:00am on Friday and Saturday nights.
Dog Ordinance:# 180
No dogs shall be at large on public property and private property not owned or maintained by the owner or custodian of dog, A complete prohibition of dogs in all areas designated as cemeteries within the borough and establishment of a duty to clean up waste left by the dogs.
Nuisance Ordinance: Ordinance# 159
It shall be unlawful to put grass in the streets and alley’s when mowing properties located in the borough. (This grass gets in the drains and clogs them, making issues with rain water not getting into the drains because they are full of grass.)
Property Maintenance: Ordinance# 206
